National Security Operatives acting like armed robbers a dent on Mahama’s image—Prof. Gyampo

Chief Executive Officer for the Shippers Authority, Prof. Ransford Gyampo, has urged the National Security to train its personnel.
The CEO has a challenge with how they raid the offices and apartments of people under investigation.
He says it does not represent the nature of the president and paints a very bad picture of John Dramani Mahama, who is a gentleman.
“Don’t raid like armed robbers. I support accountability; however, it is about time we trained our national security operatives on how to work professionally,” he said.
He continued, “I think it doesn’t make sense. Go ahead and do your investigations, but President Mahama is a gentleman and not a rascal, so if you raid people’s houses like armed robbers, it affects his personality”.
Prof. Ransford Gyampo cited the raid on the offices of SML by operatives of the Office of Special Prosecutor.
On the investigations ongoing, Prof Ransford Gyampo urged the President to continue what he is doing, indicating that nothing like what happened during the Atta Mills’ era should be encouraged.
