Next time, please man up and speak up if your gov’t is failing

Franklin Cudjoe has admonished Dr Mahamudu Bawumia to desist from keeping quiet when he notices that things are going wrong, only to confess later.

He is of the view that the former vice president must always man up and speak if he thinks things are not right in a government he is a part of.

In a Facebook post, Franklin Cudjoe said, “Next time, please man up and speak up. That’s leadership, not coming to ‘confess’ after the glaring facts that caused so many a livelihood and death.”

His comment comes on the back of some confessions made by the former Flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party during the party’s thank you tour.

Dr Mahamudu Bawumia is on record as having said that the party suffered defeat because of the failure of their previous government to reshuffle ministers, the introduction of e-levy, DDEP and the arrogance of power.

The 2024 flagbearer said the standard of living became very unbearable under the NPP’s leadership, which was a shift from the NPP everyone knows.
