NSA extends registration for 2025/2026 national service

The National Service Authority (NSA) has extended the deadline for the ongoing online registration for the 2025/2026 service year to Friday, October 24, 2025.

In a statement dated October 15, 2025, the Authority said the decision was to give prospective national service personnel additional time to complete their registration.

“The registration period, which was originally scheduled to end today, Wednesday, 15th October 2025, has now been extended to Friday, 24th October 2025,” the statement read.

“This extension is to allow additional time for prospective service personnel who, for one reason or another, were unable to complete their registration within the initial window.”

The NSA further directed all service personnel to report to their respective places of posting and begin their service by Monday, November 3, 2025, warning that those who fail to complete registration before the new deadline risk exclusion from this year’s postings.

“All eligible graduates are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity,” the Authority urged, adding that applicants should use only the official website, www.gnsa.gov.gh, for registration.

The statement also cautioned against fraudulent individuals posing as registration agents.

“The system is designed to protect users against such fraudulent activities, but vigilance remains key,” it said.
