A soldier has been reported dead, and several others have been injured as a result of an armored vehicle accident at Saka, a suburb of the Bawku West District in the Upper East Region.
The military officers were on their way from Bawku to Bolgatanga when a tyre burst, causing the driver to lose control and overturn the vehicle.
The deceased and injured soldiers have been transported to the Zebilla District Hospital for medical care.
