Open a gym as part of your political strategy in your bid to lead NDC—NPP Communicator to Julius Debrah
Lawyer Kwabena Nketiah Antwi, a member of the New Patriotic Party’s Ashanti Regional Communication Team, has encouraged Chief of Staff Julius Debrah to open a gym as part of his campaign strategy to lead the National Democratic Congress.
According to him, he has seen the chief of staff organizing health walks every Saturday to mobilize his following ahead of the party’s contest, as grapevine information points to the fact that he will be contesting.
However, one day of a health walk within a week for him is not enough to get the effect they are looking for.
Rather, he thinks opening a gym will be more effective and help gain the health benefits and also help in the mobilisation process.
“For me, I think that the chief of staff should rather open a gym because just walking one day within the week will not give him the results needed,” he said teasingly.
“Julius is now in charge of all the ministers, and so he has a day-to-day relationship with the people, and General is the grassroots man. So Julius is for the upper class, and Asiedu Nketia is from the lower class. Don’t be shocked that their contest will be a serious one. I’m sure anyone who comes to contest will be declared mad, just like they did to George Boateng, who wanted to contest John Mahama. Asiedu Nketia said that, but now it is his turn,” he said.
