Legal representatives of fashion designer Eva Adomako, popularly known as Evatex, have strongly refuted circulating allegations suggesting she has defrauded any individual or group.
In a press statement dated August 5, 2025, and signed by Fati Ali Yallah Esq., the lawyers made it clear that their client “has not committed or been convicted of any fraud or criminal offence.”
They further described the rumors as “unfounded and malicious,” asserting that the allegations “have no basis in fact or law.”
“Our client is not a fraudster. She is a creative, hardworking designer and entrepreneur who has built a respected brand over the years,” the lawyers insisted.
They also warned individuals and media platforms spreading the defamatory claims to desist or face legal consequences.
“We shall not hesitate to take legal action against any person or entity that continues to publish falsehoods against our client,” the statement concluded.
