Reverend Major, a well-known judge on the popular Oyerepa TV kids’ reality show Daakye Hemaa, has been confirmed dead.
His passing was officially announced by Oyerepa TV during the live airing of the show on Sunday, June 29, 2025.
According to reports, the respected man of God died on Saturday, June 28.
While the exact cause of death has not been made public, some social media posts have speculated that he may have suffered from food poisoning.
These claims, however, remain unverified.
To honour his memory, a moment of silence was observed during the latest episode of Daakye Hemaa.
The show’s host, remaining judges, and live audience paid their respects to the late Reverend, whose contribution to the programme was significant.
Reverend Major is survived by his wife and children, who are now left to mourn a husband and father many came to admire on national television.
