Her parents are immigrants from Russia who relocated to the United States in 1998, three years prior to Amanda’s birth. They moved to Freehold Township, New Jersey, and later shifted to Miami, Florida, to aid the tennis aspirations of Amanda’s elder sister, Maria. Initially employed in finance and bankingKonstantin in finance and Olga as an accountant in Russiathey subsequently became deeply engaged in coaching. Konstantin was Amanda’s main coach during a significant part of her early career. Tragically, Konstantin Anisimov died unexpectedly in 2019 at the age of 52 from a heart attack. Olga Anisimova remains a constant source of support, having previously established a tennis camp in the U.S.A to guarantee Amanda could enjoy a typical social life while undergoing her rigorous training. The commitment of the Anisimov family established the foundation for Amanda’s success in the WTA.
