PRESEC (Ɔdadeɛ) ‘96 Association donates GHS 74,000 to Greater Accra Regional Hospital on Valentine’s Day

In a heartwarming display of kindness and generosity, the Ɔdadeɛ ‘96 Association made a significant donation to the Greater Accra Regional Hospital’s Paediatric Department on Valentine’s Day morning.
The association, comprised of compassionate and philanthropic individuals, presented a cheque of GHS 50,000 to cover the medical expenses of three young patients.
Additionally, they donated GHS 24,000 to purchase a much-needed cardiac monitor for the department and replaced a broken bench in the unit.
The donation ceremony, held at the Greater Accra Regional Hospital, was attended by members of the Ɔdadeɛ ’96 Association, medical doctors from the Paediatric Unit, and the families of the beneficiary children.
Speaking at the event, the President of the Ɔdadeɛ ’96 Association, Mr Emmanuel Kofi Ansah, emphasised the importance of giving back to the community, especially on a day that symbolises love and kindness.
“We are thrilled to have had the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of these young children and their families,” said Mr Emmanuel Kofi Ansah. “We hope our donation will inspire others to show love and compassion to those in need.”
The medical team at the Greater Accra Regional Hospital’s Paediatric Department expressed their gratitude to the Ɔdadeɛ ’96 Association for their kindness and generosity.
“This donation will go a long way in supporting our efforts to provide quality healthcare to our young patients,” said Dr Charlyne Kilba, Head of the Paediatric Department. “We are thankful for the Ɔdadeɛ ‘96 Association’s commitment to giving back to the community.”
