EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Solomon Kwame Asumadu began his academic journey at Amanfrom Junior Secondary School, where he developed a solid foundation in formal education. He later gained admission to the renowned Oda Senior High School, where his leadership qualities and dedication to community service began to emerge. His academic pursuits culminated in his enrollment at All Nations University, a respected institution where he deepened his knowledge and sharpened his problem-solving and leadership skills.

PROFESSION

Solomon Kwame Asumadu is the CEO, Owuo Mining Company. He is a dedicated miner with 15 years of experience in Ghana’s mining industry.
His experience has exposed him to the realities and challenges facing the people of Akwatia and similar communities that rely heavily on natural resource extraction. Through years of hard work, he has not only earned a reputation for diligence and ethical labor practices but has also gained a deep understanding of community needs—particularly in employment, environmental protection, and youth empowerment.

POLITICAL INVOLVEMENT AND LEADERSHIP

Solomon Kwame Asumadu is a long-standing and committed member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP). He currently serves as the Constituency Treasurer for Akwatia, a role he has held with distinction. His tenure has been marked by financial discipline, accountability, and strategic resource management—qualities that have strengthened the constituency’s grassroots activities and enhanced party unity.

In addition to his official duties, he is a known party financier, providing critical support for party operations and constituency development projects.
