Reorganizing NPP must begin with greedy appointees and executives apologizing to the grassroot
Former Chief Executive Officer of NEIP, Kofi Ofosu Nkansah, has indicated that the reorganization of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) will have to start with greedy appointees and party executives apologizing to the grassroots.
To him, in the last eight years, some executives and appointees of the New Patriotic Party displayed their greed at the expense of people who voted and worked to bring them power.
He says that because of this, no NPP appointees or executives will receive massive support when they are intimidated by the government.
Kofi Ofosu Nkansah’s comment comes on the back of Kennedy Agyapong’s call on the NPP to support Chairman Wontumi as the NDC did for their members while in opposition.
He said “With the kind of greed some appointees and party executives across various levels showed NPP party members during the last 8 years, if we don’t forgive each other, we can never reorganise because no logic can explain some of the extent of greed.
Let’s forgive each other and move on and be truthful to ourselves in future to be able to call out greedy people when we have power.
