Sarkodie promises Stonebwoy for next Rapperholic concert

Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie has given fans a reason to anticipate his future Rapperholic concerts, revealing plans to unite some of the nation’s biggest acts under one stage.

In an interview on 29 September 2025, Sarkodie opened up about the dream lineup he envisions for his flagship annual show.

“If I can get Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, R2Bees, and even a few Nigerian artistes at Rapperholic, I’ll be satisfied,” he declared.

The multiple award-winning rapper noted that over the years, nearly every top Ghanaian artiste has graced the Rapperholic stage.

“Almost every artiste in Ghana has performed at Rapperholic, apart from the late Daddy Lumba,” he stated, adding that one of his main goals is to cement Rapperholic as a festival that brings the entire music fraternity together.

Sarkodie also had a special message for fans of dancehall star Stonebwoy, whose absence from this year’s lineup drew chatter. “All Bhim Nation fans should relax because next year we’ll reach out to Stonebwoy,” he assured, promising an even bigger spectacle in 2026.

Explaining why he did not extend too many invitations this year, the rapper cited financial constraints.

“This year I didn’t extend too many invitations because the costs of bringing everyone are high,” he said candidly. In a lighthearted revelation, Sarkodie praised Shatta Wale for stepping in with unexpected support.

“Shatta Wale even gave me his car to use here. If I had been required to sponsor his entire trip, I doubt I could have afforded it,” he admitted.
