SSNIT urges members to update email addresses for improved communication

The Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) is calling on all members and clients to update their email addresses as part of ongoing efforts to enhance communication and ensure the timely delivery of important notices.

In a statement issued by its management, SSNIT said the move is aimed at improving how members receive critical updates, announcements, and services.

The Trust emphasized that up-to-date contact information is essential for efficient engagement with its stakeholders.

To complete the process, members are required to provide their full name, SSNIT number, Ghana Card number, updated email address, and mobile phone number.

This information can be submitted through several platforms, including email, WhatsApp, SMS, the SSNIT online portal, and the SSNIT app.

SSNIT encouraged all its members and clients to act promptly in updating their records to avoid disruptions in communication.

“The update is part of our commitment to delivering efficient, accessible, and transparent service to our valued contributors and pensioners,” the statement noted.

The Trust says it remains committed to leveraging digital tools to improve service delivery and urged members to take advantage of the multiple channels available for the update.
