Pastor Nike Adeyemi, wife of Senior Pastor Sam Adeyemi of Daystar Christian Centre, has cautioned women against making their husbands feel inadequate by comparing them to their pastors.
In a post on social media, she urged wives to honor and respect their husbands rather than placing their pastors on a pedestal.
“Do not intimidate your husband with how spiritual your pastor is. Honor your own husband. Don’t worship your pastor,” she advised.
Pastor Nike Adeyemi is a Nigerian pastor, speaker, and philanthropist. She is the wife of Pastor Sam Adeyemi, the founder and Senior Pastor of Daystar Christian Centre, one of Nigeria’s prominent churches.
She is also the founder of the Real Woman Foundation, an organization focused on women’s empowerment, social justice, and supporting vulnerable women and children.
