The University of Ghana Students’ Representative Council (UGSRC) has officially announced the termination of its agreement with Loggy Entertainment, which was initially signed to manage two major SRC Week 2025 events: Heroes Night and Artiste Night, scheduled for August 14th and 16th, 2025.
According to the UGSRC, the decision follows a careful internal review and consultation and is in line with Clause 7 of the MoU.
The council emphasized that the move is to uphold transparency, accountability, and the best interests of the student body.
Students have been assured that SRC Week celebrations will go ahead as planned, with alternative arrangements being made to ensure the Artiste Night is executed to the highest standard.
The new event management and production partners will be announced soon.
The UGSRC has also urged all sponsors, vendors, media houses, and campus stakeholders to treat this notice as official and to direct any queries for clarification to the council.
