Veteran rapper Eedris Abdulkareem isn’t backing down. In a fiery interview with News Central TV, he labelled President Bola Tinubu as “the worst president ever in Nigeria’s history.”
This comes after the National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) banned his protest track Tell Your Papa, sparking outrage over censorship.
Citing both Nigerian and international laws, Eedris defended his right to speak out, adding that his criticisms stem from real issues like hunger, insecurity, and joblessness—not personal beef.
Clapping back at Seyi Tinubu’s claim that his dad is Nigeria’s “greatest president,” the Jaga Jaga hitmaker said, “He may be the best father to you, but he is the worst president ever in Nigeria.”
Despite the ban, Tell Your Papa is making waves online, with many Nigerians backing the rapper for echoing the voice of the people.
