The Ashanti Regional Minister, Dr. Frank Amoakohene has gifted Kumawoor actors, directors, producers, and actresses.
This comes after the Regional minister slated yesterday, February 18 to meet with the aforementioned categories of people.
During the meeting, the Ashanti Regional minister made it known that he slated the meeting to find out the causes of the dwindling of the movie industry.
Respectfully, the Kumawoor directors and producers made it known what caused the mitigation of the movie industry, after which they suggested measures to revive it.
In his last speech during the meeting, the minister stated that he could not waste the precious time of the people present.
As a result of that, he gifted the producers, directors, actors, and actresses 20k Cedis to be shared among themselves.
Meanwhile, the minister promised them that he was to see the first gentleman of the country, President Mahama, and would ensure he presented what the people had said before him.
