We’ll continue to be inspired by Lumba’s consistency—Camidoh

Ghanaian musician Camidoh has indicated that he will continue to draw inspiration from the late Charles Kwadwo Fosu, known popularly as Daddy Lumba.
According to him, the man was known for his consistency and hard work, a hallmark that put him above his peers, and that is something he would want to copy and live with all his life.
“He was consistent, and as an artiste, I will want to keep that trait. I will continue to draw inspiration from him,” he told Accra-based United Television.
Daddy Lumba died on July 26, 2025, after a short illness.
The statement announcing his death said the family was shocked by the death of the music icon and will want privacy as they mourn.
