Prof Naana Jane is the preferred candidate to lead NDC in 2028 per latest poll

In the latest polls by Global Info Analytics, Vice President Prof Naana Jane Opoku Agyemang is the leading candidate to represent the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the 2028 elections.

In the latest poll, Vice President Prof Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang garnered 30% of the sample size used for the polls.

She is followed by Education Minister Haruna Iddrisu, who garnered 24% of the sample size used for the polls.

Ato Forson, who is the Finance Minister, garnered 16% while Foreign Affairs Minister Samuel Okudzeto Abklakwa had 13%.

The Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Asiedu Nketia, also had 13% of the backing of the sample size used.

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) will have to present a new candidate for the 2028 elections.

The party is currently not open about who they will present; however, grapevine information indicates that the party chairman is nursing the ambition to contest for the primaries to lead the party as flagbearer.
